Overview
The Gamers Sanctuary AVATAR program is a must have for any tabletop gamer or hobby enthusiast. The AVATAR program enables you to not only save money on your games and gaming supplies but it also earns you extra credit on games traded into Gamers Sanctuary. On top of its savings the AVATAR program also gives you exclusive access to certain prize drawings, events and special discounts throughout the year.
Details
The AVATAR program entitles its members to a 10% discount on all in-stock new & used games, gaming accessories and hobby supplies, 15% discount on all special order items and an additional 5% in store credit when trading in used games and CCG singles.
Your AVATAR card must be presented for each transaction in order to receive the benefits of the program, no exceptions. In addition, AVATAR benefits extend to a member's spouse and children. These family members must present a valid AVATAR card for each transaction.
Membership Fee
An AVATAR membership has an annual fee of $15.00. Memberships last a full twelve (12) months from the date of registration.
If you are a member of active military then your membership fee will be waived. Valid identification required.
AVATAR membership fees are not refundable.
Each member will receive one (1) AVATAR card. There will be a service charge of $2.00 for each additional card or to replace a lost or damaged card. Please report lost, stolen, or damaged cards to Gamers Sanctuary immediately.
Penalties & Restrictions
AVATAR benefits do not stack with any other discounts, promotions, or incentives.
Any person attempting to mislead or defraud Gamers Sanctuary or abuse the AVATAR program in any way will immediately lose all AVATAR benefits and may be subject to further prosecution depending on the nature of the offense.
Gamers Sanctuary reserves the right to modify, revise or delete any part of the AVATAR program at any time without prior notification. A reasonable attempt will be made to inform all AVATAR members of any changes no later than 30-days after said changes have been affected.
